Katie Daniels is a freelance consultant offering project management services alongside specialist skills in organisational and strategic development, evaluation, and stakeholder consultation. Previous employment includes Arts Council England, Big Lottery Fund, Leicestershire County Council and three of Leicestershire’s District/Borough Councils.
