Local design agency, Think plus Ink, has created a new look for Birkett House School, based in Wigston. The project involved the creation of a new logo for the School together with application and print of new marketing materials. This will also eventually include the branding of uniforms, signs, vehicle livery and prospectuses. "More and more educational institutions seem to be understanding the benefits of branding, so we welcomed the approach of Birkett House" said Paul Messer, Designer at Think plus Ink "We hope the logo, which shows a person reaching for a star, nicely captures the ambitions of the School." "We are very happy with the results of the re-branding and parents and pupils alike seem to welcome the change" said Sue Horn, Headteacher "Although it might not be at the top of our agenda, we felt this project would help the school create a greater identity, internally and with it?s community which the pupils, staff, parents and governors are rightly proud to belong."
